One Pinch Fat Test

I’m going to add two of the same test here, so you can side by side change inputs (measurements, bodyweight, gender) and see what that does to your percent fat and resultant lean and fat mass. This is based on one vertical pinch, taken 1 inch (~2.5cm) immediately to the right* side of your belly button.

* Right side is “correct” per instruction/convention for apparent uniformity, but in case your wondering, research suggest it doesn’t matter if it’s the right or left side.
